FEES

Admission to the NATO – ASI’s is merit based and NATO funding covers most of the expenses.
Nevertheless, upon acceptance, a 600 euro fee is required that includes accommodation, breakfast plus one meal/day (lunch), and travel. The latter is in the form of a bank-transfer refund upon remittance of travel tickets to the Organising Committee and applicants are requested to arrange and pay round-trip travel by themselves. Travel by reasonably low-cost means of transportation is a requirement.

Submission of the signed Application Form by mail implies acceptance of this requirement by the participant.

Additional financial support (up to 90% discount on the aforementioned fee) may be awarded to worthy participants, in case of justified need.

A motivated written request in this sense must be submitted jointly with the signed application form (fax or mail).
