GENERAL INFORMATION

The school is restricted to 60 students from across Europe plus 5 from Eastern European countries.
The structure hosting the school this year will be in the Venice International University (VIU: www.univiu.org) located on the island of San Servolo.
The Summer School will consist of six lecture days.
Lectures (12 total) are scheduled as a morning session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM and an afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
A poster session is planned. All attending students are strongly encouraged to present posters dealing with their research work.
Breakfast at 9:30 and lunch at 12:30 will be shared by all participants and instructors.
It is expected that in this environment students and instructors will find an informal and relaxed atmosphere, which will stimulate discussions, questions, a profitable exchange of ideas, and the beginning of new scientific collaborations.

Funding from INCA, and other institutions will allow to offer full or partial scolarships too applicants who qualify for the Summer School
