GENERAL INFORMATION
The school is restricted
to 60 students from across Europe plus 5 from
Eastern European countries.
The structure hosting the school this year will
be in the Venice International University (VIU:
www.univiu.org) located
on the island of San Servolo.
The Summer School will consist of six lecture
days.
Lectures (12 total) are scheduled as a morning
session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM and an afternoon
session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
A poster session is planned. All attending students
are strongly encouraged to present posters dealing
with their research work.
Breakfast at 9:30 and lunch at 12:30 will be shared
by all participants and instructors.
It is expected that in this environment students
and instructors will find an informal and relaxed
atmosphere, which will stimulate discussions,
questions, a profitable exchange of ideas, and
the beginning of new scientific collaborations.
Funding from INCA, and other
institutions will allow to offer full or partial
scolarships too applicants who qualify for the
Summer School
